10 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD CREATE A BLOGGING TEAM

Do you really love blogging? I assume that you fell for it like me right? You gave all your best writing a very helpful blog post that can really help people hungry for knowledge all around the globe, you promoted all day long on social media and you still don’t have that much followers on your blog.

You are losing your mind because of this struggle and you’re really desperate on turning your blog into a business and the fact that you can’t do it by yourself is really getting into your nerve cells.

You know what? The reason why you’re not growing your blog like what you’ve imagined is not because you’re doing it wrong, it’s because you’re overdoing all the things simultaneously.

Do you know what’s the best thing to do to easily grow your blog and still haven’t lost yourself in the desert? OUTSOURCING is the answer my friend.

Find an awesome team for your blog and make the most out of it. I know that you’re now in doubt if you really need a team or not to grow your blog into a business.

And that’s why I’m here; I’ll give 5 reasons why you should consider having a team for your blog.

1 | LESS WORK
Can you imagine this? You will not work as hard as before when you have a blogging team. It sure is a lot of fun but you should be also cautious about removing all the work from your shoulders. Before removing several blogging works from your desk, you should know first the work that you will outsource.

Pick a responsibility first (writing blog posts for example or any other responsibility where you’re really good at) then list down other responsibilities that need to be done to grow your awesome blog business. After listing down blogging works (you listed for sure 3-5 responsibilities or more) combine 2 responsibilities and find someone who can do those works that you’ve combined effectively.

You can find employees on the internet but I recommend you to hire workers that is in real-life. Do you see what I mean? When you really know your workers well, you can trust them on the quality of their work. But if you don’t have any friends or family to hire, you can post on Job Boards or on Craiglist that you’re hiring people for your blog.

After that, interview them and make sure that they’re oriented about the responsibility. Then, you will enjoy working less and earning more.

2 | MORE FRIENDS

This is one of the best things to happen when you’ve found your blogging team. Blogging at home or at an office all by yourself is so ridiculously boring so when you have a blogging team, you can all eat your lunch at the office at the same time and chat all things funny, entertaining and life problems and blessings.

According to my observation, focusing too much on your blog’s growth is really, really bad. You need to socialize and that’s one of the great advantages of having a blogging team. They will be always there to talk to all of you and they will be there through thick and thin of your blog.

Befriending all your teammates cannot just help you have more friends but it will build that trust to everyone that can lead your blog to success.

3 | FOCUS ON MAKING MORE MONEY

Isn’t it ironic? Some says that when you when you hire someone to help you grow your blog, you’ll lose a lot of money and stuff.

But I tell you this, they are wrong! Hiring someone to do the work for you is not a waste of money but a good investment for you to earn more money.

Instead of working hard and doing all the things on your blog to grow it, you can now have more time on working with those clients, advertisements, sponsored post transactions that can give you more compensation while working less for your blog.

You can focus on making more money; you can focus on how you can monetize your blog and earn a living from it.

4 | FEEL THE VIBES OF MAKING MONEY WHILE SLEEPING

Did you also dream of making money online while sleeping comfortably at home? You’ll really feel this vibe after hiring your awesome blogging team.

Why did I say this? It’s only a metaphor or something that means you can make money online without doing (not really) anything on your business.

While you are resting and sipping some Frappuccino that you bought on Starbucks, your team will do their work effectively.

All you have to do is to post in in your blog and the other teammate will do his job to promote your latest blog post to drive tons and tons of traffic back to your site and there’s a big chance that those readers will buy or purchase something from your shop or hire you to do work for their business.

5 | MORE TIME ON YOUR FAMILY

If you’re a Work-At-Home Mom/Dad/Professional, this is what you really want that’s why you decided to work online.

When you have a blogging team, you can spend more time on your family doing things that can strengthen your relationship with them.

This is what I want when I build my own family someday, have a caring and loving wife and kid that God will give to me (but it’s far from now, I’m still in college *haha*).

6 | MORE TIME FOR YOURSELF

Now that you are doing less work, you have more time to focus on making money on your blog, and more time to spare! Use that spare time wisely by taking care of yourself. Don’t be too work-oriented that you forget about pampering your own self.

After a tiring day of dealing with customers or sponsors, go out and enjoy yourself. Try visiting the mall and reward yourself with a nice pair of shoes for the hard work you’ve done. Eat out, or meditate, arrange your life, find your me-times.

Or if you’re single, date, find love. It’s not distraction as long as you’re focus is still on your blog.

7 | BETTER WORK OUTCOME

Let’s face it. You are not a superhero to be able to do multiple jobs at once. You may be able to do all the things for your blog now but examine the results of all your hard work, notice that you are not working on your full capacity, especially on the aspect that you are really good at?

Your writing is average, not even enjoyable. An even if you’ve proofread your works, you can still spot some mistake when you look closely. The layout on your blog looks cluttered, advertisements popping on the wrong places, and even if you say you’ve promoted on social media, nobody seems to be visiting your blog.

If you have a blogging team, the outcome of work will be better because a specific task is done by a professional, who does the job best.

Hire a professional writer and your blog posts will be as professional, clean and informative as ever. Find a web designer who’s also a graphic designer and watch your blog transform into an enticing website that people will wish to visit. Look for a professional social media advisor, and watch people from social media accounts visit your blog.

It’s that easy. It’s not rocket science but simple logic. While you, on the other hand, are sleeping soundly, dreaming of swimming in golden coins.

8 | EVERYTHING’S SYSTEMATIC

When you have people focusing on the different jobs needed for your blog, everything’s systematic, and it’s not going to fall out of place unless one of your blogging team member quits on the job.

But that can be fixed easily by just hiring a new one.

Let’s say, you’re the writer and you also manage the external affairs of your blog. You’ve just finished writing a blog post and that blog post is going to your virtual assistant who does the job of proofreading it and then posting it on your blog.

All the while a web designer focuses on improving the outward appearance of your blog and while a social media advisor is on social networking sites, doing his job promoting.

This way, you can follow a strict itinerary that will be effective on updating your blog regularly so that your readers will keep coming back for more.

By working with your blogging team, there will be no harder times in which you struggle to update your blog regularly. There will be no more days of work piling up and you’re losing job offers because of your slow pace at work.

There will be no more hard days of doing everything by yourself and having too little rest that you’re catching colds and fever.

With a blogging team, you are not doing all the jobs alone. But you are with a group of people who will be there for you in hard times for your blog. Need help updating? Your virtual assistant can help you with that.

Struggling with writing and improving the pending blog posts? A professional writer can help you write the best blog posts for the success of your blog.

This way, you can have your priorities straight to work for the betterment of your blog so that you can reach success and turn it into your full-time job and business.
